Thai Massage is a unique way to increase range of motion and flexibility.  Often described as “passive yoga”, your therapist will work with your breathing while slowly moving you into subtle positional changes.  During your session, your therapist will work using their hands, elbows, feet and knees.


The benefits of Thai Massage can aid those with limited flexibility, any who want to increase their range of motions or as an introduction to what massage can do for you.


(Note: It is important to remember that you have to wear flexible clothing, such as yoga or jogging pants and a t-shirt.)
